When to Use
Use the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test as a non-parametric alternative to the 1-Sample t-Test when the normality assumption cannot be met. It tests whether the population median equals a hypothesised value, making it suitable for skewed or ordinal data in the Analyse phase.
