Repeatability study for a single operator measuring a reference part multiple times. Computes Cg and Cgk indices per AIAG MSA guidelines. Use before a full Gauge R&R study.

Acceptance Criteria

• Acceptable: Cg ≥ 1.33 AND Cgk ≥ 1.33

• Marginal: Cg or Cgk between 1.0 and 1.33

• Unacceptable: Cg or Cgk < 1.0

Cg assesses repeatability; Cgk also accounts for bias.
